This G+2 mixed-use building is designed to maximize functionality in a compact urban plot. The ground floor is fully commercial, making the most of street-level visibility. The first floor is a flexible zone that can be used for either residential or commercial purposes, adapting to future needs. The second floor is purely residential, offering privacy and comfort above the active lower levels.
The building uses a contemporary design language with clean lines, a balanced material palette, vertical fins, and large windows. Smart planning ensures ample daylight, natural ventilation, and clear separation between commercial and residential spaces. Every square foot is optimized for usability while maintaining an elegant urban presence.
