Ajit N. Pawar, founder architect of Pawar Architects and Associates, has over 30 years of expertise in architecture, civil engineering, and the built environment with the firm since its founding.
After graduating from the well-known Walchand Institute of Technology in Solapur, Mr. Pawar began his architectural career with a solid understanding of structural concepts. As a result, he combines engineering quality with thoughtful design in his work. Throughout his career, he has worked on residential, housing, commercial, healthcare, educational, and urban planning projects.
Known for his practical thinking and understanding of local needs, he designs buildings that look good, function well, and last a long time. His work combines engineering expertise with thoughtful design, always taking people and the environment into account.
Under his leadership, Pawar Architects and Associates became one of the most trusted firms in the industry.

Ar. Akash A. Pawar is a co-founder of Pawar Architects and Associates, he plays an important role in the firm’s growth & vision.
After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Pune University, he pursued his postgraduate in the UK, where he built a strong foundation in creative and modern design.
With a forward-looking approach, Akash balances innovation with the firm’s values. By maintaining the legacy of the firm, he plays a key role in developing its new style.
Working closely with housing societies and local bodies, he designs spaces that are practical, future-ready, and in line with city rules. His clear communication and strong design thinking helped to guide the firm with a balance of new ideas and a deep respect for its roots.
