Who We Are?

After 30+ years in business, now in its third generation, Pawar Architects and Associates offers a complete range of architectural services. As a firm, we work on residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, hospitality, and urban development projects.

Our goal is to make our projects sustainable and practical. We design our projects to meet the actual needs of people and the location in which they are situated. As a result, we have established a strong presence across Maharashtra, including Solapur, Dharashiv (Osmanabad), Latur, Pune, and many more. With an office in Pune and Kurduwadi (Solapur district), we are closely connected to one of Maharashtra’s fastest-growing areas.

While building hundreds of projects, we have also built strong relationships with people by following one principle: Each project is a conversation between people and their dreams.

Ajit N. Pawar, founder architect of Pawar Architects and Associates, has over 30 years of expertise in architecture, civil engineering, and the built environment with the firm since its founding.

After graduating from the well-known Walchand Institute of Technology in Solapur, Mr. Pawar began his architectural career with a solid understanding of structural concepts. As a result, he combines engineering quality with thoughtful design in his work.

Throughout his career, he has worked on residential, housing, commercial, healthcare, educational, and urban planning projects. Under his leadership, Pawar Architects and Associates became one of the most trusted firms in the industry.

Postgraduate – University for the Creative Arts, Canterbury, UK
Ar. Akash A. Pawar is a co-founder of Pawar Architects and Associates, he plays an important role in the firm’s growth & vision. After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Pune University, he pursued his postgraduate in the UK, where he built a strong foundation in creative and modern design.

With a forward-looking approach, Akash balances innovation with the firm’s values. By maintaining the legacy of the firm, he plays a key role in developing its new style.

Working closely with housing societies and local bodies, he designs spaces that are practical, future-ready, and in line with city rules.

His clear communication and strong design thinking helped to guide the firm with a balance of new ideas and a deep respect for its roots.
